About Master's Sun Korean Drama

Joo Joong Won aka Joogun (So Ji Sub) is a cold and ambitious CEO, who measures all human relationships through money. Tae Gong Sil aka Taeyang (Gong Hyo Jin) is a sensitive assistant, who suffers from insomnia, due to her ability to see ghosts after an accident. When the two meets, Taeyang discovered that she stop seing the ghost everytime she touched Joogun. She try anything she can to be near with Joogun who also have secret about certain death in his early youth.

Master's Sun Korean Episode 1

Tae Yang is a woman that can see a ghost after an accident happened to her. She helped a dead old grandmother to give her account book to his son. She accidently meets Joo Gun, CEO of Kingdom Group and discovered the ghost will disappear after touching him. Kang Woo is a new head of security at Kingdom Group and stay at the same apartment with Tae Yang.

A marriage ceremony between famous football player Hye Sung and bride Yi-ryung (same high school with Tae Yang) are being held at Kingdom. Joo Gun is using this to promote Kingdom Group. Hye-Sung has a back story where he was married before but the bride leave him at the altar. He hates the girl and now thinking the girl is blackmailing him.

Tae Yang saw the woman ghost beside Hye-Sung and try to help. The woman ghost is the girl that left Hye Sung at the altar and she wanted to clear the misunderstanding because she always loves him and support him in football.

Master's Sun Korean Episode 2

A paranormal image taken at Kingdom Supermarket going around in the internet and becoming huge sensational after appear on television and rumors start saying the ghost in the image is Joo Gun’s dead girlfriend. Tae Yang investigate herself about the photo and discovered high-school girl died because an accident after fighting with their friends at the kingdom place.

Heroin step up a little this time – although she always scream when seeing the ghost. Hero back story reveal a little and it is different than what we thought it might be. Flashback showing Joo Gun tied in a chair with his girlfriend saying sorry to him.

My Review

Cliche relationship between successful cocky smart ass hero with average bad hair working class heroin. The only difference is the heroin can see ghost. Nice touch but the ghost looks very comical and cartoonish. However, the story line of the ghost history is very emotional filled and heart warming. So, don’t be scare to watch because the drama prone more on storyline than the ghost appearances.

Chemistry between main lead is very good from the start. They will be more bickering and banter as the episode goes on. Just hope Tae Yang not as messy as the first two episodes. Joo Gun has a good back story with his past kidnapping case and dead girlfriend. Kang Woo character seems mysterious with his regularly on the phone talking to someone more superior. I thinks he investigate the case involving Joo Gun and his past dead girlfriend.

I will keep watching if the storyline is as good as the first two episodes.
