Mr Go Korean Movie Plot : Wei Wei grew up in the circus with a bat-swinging gorilla named Ling Ling. After her grandfather dies in the Great Sichuan Earthquake, she has only Ling Ling to depend on. In order to pay her grandfather's debt, she has no choice but to accept sports agent Sung's proposal to bring Ling Ling to the Korean Baseball League. Despite serious doubts and ridicule from the league, Ling Ling, now dubbed 'MR. GO', becomes an instant hit, hitting one home run after another and propelling his floundering team to the playoffs. However, the rise to stardom is met with unexpected troubles and MR. GO must now face adversaries beyond his control.

The released date for Mr Go - starting with China and Singapore on July 18. The 3d full version will first open in Malaysia and Thailand on 1 August, follow by Indonesia 6 August, Taiwan on 9 August, Hong Kong on 15 August and Philippines on 8 September. India and the Middles Eastern countries are set to meet the film in theaters September, with more countries including Japan in negotiations.

Additional Info About Mr Go :

• Based on the comic "7th Baseball Club" by Heo Young-Man (published from January, 1985 to February, 1987 by monthly comic magazine "Treasure Island").

• Filming for "Mister Go" began February 20, 2012 in Ilsan, South Korea. The first scene shot involved Weiwei having trouble with a group of people attempting to take a circus troupe.

• Filming for "Mister Go" finished on September 5, 2012 at baseball stadium in Suwon, South Korea. The last scene filmed involved the gorilla Ring-Ring playing in a professional baseball game.

• According to distributor Showbox/Mediaplex, "Mr. Go" is South Korea’s first ever fully shot stereographic 3D film.
